Complete Roof Replacement: - Remove the existing shingles and inspect the framing across the entire roof. (plywood replacement as-needed) - Supply and install new synthetic underlayment and weather guard barrier to ensure long-lasting waterproof protection. - Install new W metal valleys 26G metal. - Install new hemmed lx3 gutter edge starter metal on all gutter to edge transitions to protect the ply at the gutter line. - Install new 2x2 drip edge metal on all gabled edges. - Install new 3x5 roof-to-wall metal on all areas where the roof meets the wall. - Supply and install certified shingles GAF HDZ Owens Corning True Definition. - Flashing Pipes and Vents: Flash all pipes and vents with steel pipe flashings. Ice & Water Shield will be installed on flashings, and pipes will be painted with paint similar in color to the shingles. General Clean Up, hauling away roof debris Gutters Cleaning
