MILANO ISSAQUAH APARTMENTS - 65 units
Applicant is proposing to construct 65 studio and one bedroom apartments with a building of 71,355 sq ft Gross Floor Area with 23,780 sq ft of it to be underbuilding parking with 34,061 sq ft to be units Net Square Feet. The building will be environmentally sustainable, LEED certified, utilizing roof solar panels to provide for some of the common area electricity with about 33% of the parking stalls being EVSE and another about 33% being EV READY stalls. Project will have 4 residential levels (Type V-A construction) with 55 parking stalls 4 of which will be surface and 2 load unload stalls. With exception of the 4 surface lots and one of the load/unload stalls the rest of the stalls are in the two underbuilding parking structures (Type I-A construction). The project will serve the community with 61 Market Rate and 4 Affordable apartment homes.
