SULLIVAN- ADDITION AND REMODEL- Plan is to create a family area with bathroom and wet bar from a combination of existing living space, existing garage and small addition. Second is to create a new attached garage from a combination of existing garage area and new construction garage. o Exterior work includes small revision of driveway to line up with new garage entrance, in front adding a patio area near the front entry way and walkway, and in rear yard, replacing most of existing patio and adding some new patio area. Any of new patio in rear yard setback with be a pervious patio system. o Living area will have 620 sq ft total consisting of 188 sq ft of new construction and 420 sq ft of converted existing garage and finished work space. o Garage will have 425 sq ft consisting of 350 sq ft of new construction and 75 sq ft of existing garage area.
