The project is to build a new daycare center building at 355 E. Sunset Way. The daycare is planned to accommodate up to (59) children and may have up to (8) teachers. The daycare building is proposed to be a (2) story structure of about 3,540 square feet. There will be an outdoor play area at about 3,000 square feet to meet the Washington daycare standards. (15) parking stalls will be located at the back of the property to be accessed from the alley. All existing improvements (single-family home, walks, drive, etc.) on the site will be demolished.
