60 NEWPORT WAY TOWNHOMES - LANDSCAPING
A Type III Visual Landscape Buffer is required around the perimeter of the property. The code requires trees to be planted 20 ft on center in the landscape buffer. We ask the City to adjust or remove the requirement for trees along the north property lie in order to protect the neighbor's water lines located in this area. We have proposed additional landscaping measures in-lieu of trees in the buffer.
