Request Administrative Adjustment of Standards to reduce the tree #4 and #10 Critical Root Zone (CRZ) to allow for improvement and use of Newport Way NW, fronting the Site, to the required Parkway standard per CIDDS Section 6.4.H. Additionally allow an above- grade staircase over and to the West of tree #4 CRZ for construction and use of Through Block Passage per CIDDS 6.4.C.
