Temporary closure of the east sidewalk on 108th Ave NE along the 1115 108th Ave NE (The Bellettini) frontage, from the NE 12th St curb return to the south property line, to stage a Genie Z-60 articulating boom lift for exterior painting of the building. No lane closure, no excavation, no physical disturbance of the right of way. Lift is relocated along the frontage as work progresses. Pedestrians detoured to the west sidewalk via existing crosswalks per the attached Traffic Control Plan (AGS). Driveways, building entrances, bike lane, and travel lanes remain open. Work hours 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays, 9-21-2026 to 10-23-2026.
