econstruct a failed existing residential rockery retaining wall adjacent to the public sidewalk. Work will require temporary use of the right-of-way for construction access, equipment and material staging, rock removal and placement, and pedestrian traffic control. Excavation and backfill will be limited to the wall repair area. No new driveway, utility work, or permanent right-of-way surface improvements are proposed. Any affected sidewalk and right-of-way area will be protected and restored after construction. Work is associated with the concurrent Clearing & Grading permit for the rockery repair.
