Description
The goal of this project is to remove and replace the siding and decking on the North and East elevations of Building H. The scope will include demolition, structural upgrades, framing repairs, new insulation, sheathing, fire rated sheathing, WRB, windows, sliding glass doors and fiber cement board siding and trim. The decks will have new walking surfaces and railings, and the stairwell landings will have a new pedestrian traffic coating.
