Problem Statement: The asphalt on the north side of circular driveway is in very bad condition due to large tree roots and years of use. The Right of Way section was graded improperly (or degraded over time) and results in significant puddling after rain showers. Proposed Scope of Work: Convert north side of circular driveway into a garden and pathway while maintaining the south side entrance for driveway access. Work effort would require removing the asphalt and landscaping the area to resolve the puddle issue while ensuring existing trees are retained. The new landscaping would blend with the adjacent landscaping.
