Description

The proposed Master Development Plan is located at 13201 NE Spring Boulevard in Bellevue Bel-Red Neighborhood. It is comprised of multiple parcels bounded by NE Spring Boulevard on the North, Bel-Red Road on the South, 132nd Ave NE on the West, and 134th Avenue NE on the East. The Total Site Area is 391,749 Square Feet. There are two Land-use zones on the Site. BR-RC-2 on the North and NR-CR on the South. The Project Site includes a portion of Goff Creek, A Type-F stream, that flows through the site in an underground pipe, discharging into an open channel on the South side of Bel-Red road. A New East-West Green Street (NE 15th Street) will bisect the development. The site is envisioned to include one lab research building and seven residential buildings yielding approximately 1,193 residential units.
