The proposed development consists of two multifamily residential buildings on a 5.4-acre (228,250-square-foot) site located at 12727 Northup Way in Bellevue, Washington. The development will be built in two phases, divided by the future NE 19th St. Phase I includes a mixed-use multifamily building approximately 85 feet in height, composed of five levels of Type IIIA wood-frame construction above five levels of Type IA concrete podium, three of which are partially below grade.
