Starting at Comcast ped located near E side of 2003's property, crew will bore E approx 66ft to a placed carson on ROW boundary. Route will finish on private property S then E approx 15ft installing .75inch conduit to 2004. Potholing for water, storm and sewer. 1' of vertical clearance kept. 5' of horizontal clearance kept from sewer lines.
