Demo existing cracked exposed aggregate driveway and front entry walkway. Replace with new broom finish concrete with decorative border control joints around the perimeter of the driveway and front entry walkways. The front entry walkway is to have multilevel slightly offset steps extended out to 14 inches minimum. Apron approach is to be completed to city code to include no rebar and expansion joints. A new walkway will be added from the driveway to the side of the home.
