Warm shell build-out of lease space (994sf gross) for a future home goods retail tenant at the level 1 southwest corner of the phase 1 tower at West Main / Bellevue Plaza. Work includes building up finish floor level to the existing storefront entry threshold, constructing an unisex restroom and kitchenette. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical under separate permit. The project is the initial build-out of the shell space and is subject to the "new building" provisions of ICC A117.1-2017 per phone conversation w/ Nate Tilson / Bellevue Building Dept on 5 Feb '25.
