Update 4/2/26 Post Rev. #2 Driveway at back of sidewalk, to be constructed under issued BS permits. Post Rev. #3 - Change in alignment of stormwater main (approx. 5' east) and no longer required to place curb/gutter. Install of asphalt approach up to concrete sidewalk. Update to Use of ROW. Approval for work within 120th Ave SE right-of-way. Including approval for frontage improvements, storm main extension, etc., per Clearing & Grading permit 25 105398 GE to support the proposed 2-lot short plat (Newport Hills). 1/15/26 Permit ext. from 3/18/26 to 3/26/27 on 2/24/26, CR.
