This application is for a demolition permit prior to full building/site development permit issuance associated with the proposed single-family home captured under Permit No. 24 123528 BS.
Please note that the temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC) measures are demonstrated on the demolition plan. The demolition plan is intended to serve as both the TESC and Site Plan for this application as no improvements are proposed via this demolition permit application.
Please also note that the Short Form CSWPPP is a copy of the CSWPPP that was provided in support of the proposed building permit for the new structure. Please advise if an amended CSWPPP is required that is explicit to the activities required as part of the demolition scope of work., 24 123528 BS
