Underground horizontal directional boring using surface launched drill to install 2" Comcast conduit to 14221. Starting at Comcast ped located near SW corner of 14214's property, crew will bore E/S approx 109' to a placed carson on row boundary. Route will finish on private property S approx 25' to 109's connection. Potholing is needed for project. 1' of vertical clearance will be kept from utilities. 7' of horizontal clearance will be kept from paralleling sewer main. 5' of horizontal clearance from water main. Max pothole dimension 3' x 3'.
