Underground horizontal directional boring using surface launched drill to install 2" Comcast conduit to 16071. Starting at Comcast ped located near NW corner of 16059's property, crew will bore E approx 81' to a placed carson and S approx 2' to row boundary. Route will finish onto private property S approx 125' to a placed carson and W approx 41' to 16071's connection. Potholing for water line and sewer main is needed. 1' of vertical clearance will be kept. Max pothole dimension 2' x 2'.
