Level 2 (west half of building) has office spaces. Existing F.P. system is a wet automatic system, utilizing flex hoses that feed standard response, standard spray concealed pendents in ceilinged areas. Exist. exposed areas have Standard response brass standard spray uprights. New Scope: Demo Exist. Walls & ceilings on Levels 1 & 1.5 (Level 2 Not In Scope). Level 1 Showroom to be converted to tenant spaces. Auto Workshop to remain as-is. Level 1.5 Auto Detail to be converted to unconditioned food hall / restaurant (A-2 Dining Occupancy). Exist. Offices on NW Portion of Level 1 will remain to support future restaurant/dining functions. Wherever possible, existing F.P. pipe/sprinklers/devices to remain, as long as they don't interfere w/ project demo & construction. Where necessary, exist. sprinkler drops / pipes to be removed, modified & relocated to accomodate new walls/ceilings. New S.R. sprinklers to beinstalled from exist. line outlets wherever possible. Otherwise, new sprinklers to be tapped into exist. lines w/ mechanical tees. Where exist. ceilings are removed create exposed space, pendents shall be converted to new upright sprinklers.
