Permit/Application Details

The existing tenant is expanding their suite as shown in the plans. The scope of work is new interior, non-bearing walls, new single-use restrooms, new rated corridor and ceilings, and finish upgrades. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection are design-build through the GC and required permits will be applied for by their subcontractors as deserted submittals. This was previously rejected as a BZ, but I spoke to Toni Pratt and she requested I note this to add land use review and to include parking information (matrix added to cover). With thisshe said the BZ submission was acceptable- building took no issues with this.
