Work within the ROW - SE 16th Street, associated with required short plat infrastructure improvements. Work includes a new private road connection to SE 16th for access to the project, water, sewer, and stormwater connections to the site, utility pole relocation, and Sanitary Sewer extension from approximately 670-feet east of the site. PI REV 3: Flagging for truck load and unload. PI REV 4: Site plan approval to remove planter strip vegetation and replace with asphalt.
