Permit/Application Details

Installation of two monitoring wells in the sidewalk using a limited-access sonic drill rig. Monitoring wells are being installed on behalf of Case Three Properties LLC to further characterize and delineate the vertical and lateral extent of releases of halogenated volatile organic compounds from historical dry-cleaning operations at 317 Bellevue Way NE property. The work will NOT involve street closure; only a temporary sidewalk closure and pedestrian reroute. All support equipment will be staged on the property to the north in coordination with the property owner.
