The existing residence located at 4232 HUNTS POINT RD. is a 5,850 square foot, single-family, 4 Bed / 5 Bath home, with an attached garage, on-grade entry terrace, and east facing on-grade terraces toward Lake Washington. We propose to demolish the existing home, and to replace it with a 5,660 SF, 3 Bed / 4 bath single story residence with a two-car attached garage. The proposed structure will require excavation and regrading of the site/ driveway to accommodate the new design containing new retaining walls and new planting. We are also proposing an 1,880 SF sport court Accessory Building at the west end of the property.
