Traffic Plan Staging of the parade will happen at West lot of Bellevue Park This will house golf carts, convertibles, marching band, cheer, drama, drill, fall sports, and float trucks. They will travel down 100th Ave to Main St., turn left on Main St., travel down Main St. across Bellevue Way, turn right on 105th to go to Bellevue High School. No traffic control signs or devices permitted except for uniformed police officers. Timeline 11:00am golf carts delivered to West parking lot 3:00pm staging of golf carts/convertibles inside West lot 3:30pm to 5:00pm construction of floats in West lot 5:15pm cheer and band arrive 6:00pm parade starts 6:30pm parade returns to Bellevue High School
