Scope of work
This is a short term lease. Assembly
Our tenant comes into the space and utilizes existing restroom lighting and power etc.
They setup set production temporary walls and fixtures to resemble the TV show Harry Potter.
No change in egress or built walls etc.
Number of occupants maximum of 30 staff members per shift, no more than 150 guests on site inclusive of the Experience and lobby and Retail area at any given time. Tickets will be sold online ahead of time with a limited number of tickets available per time slot., 1354706
