Description
Remodel existing 2-car enclosed garage to be a conditioned space. About 650 sq. ft. Replace un-insulated concrete floor with insulated concrete floor. Place insulation in walls and ceiling. Add drywall. Frame in existing garage door openings (not structural) to hang drywall and install insulation. Not changing any posts, beams, headers. Extending ducts from existing heat pump to new space. I will have a licensed contractor do the concrete floor and extend the ducts for the heat pumps. I will do insulation, electrical, and framing.
