Permit/Application Details

The project will demolish approximately 131,574 SF of existing Office buildings located over (3) parcels and construct a transit-oriented development, consisting of (2) Residential buildings (397 units total) and (3) Office/Life Science buildings (approximately 1,313,297 SF), including ground level retail spaces, totaling approximately 1,846,376 gross SF. Above and below grade parking garages would accommodate approximately 1,652 parking stalls for the development. Other site improvements include construction of new internal private roadways, utility infrastructure, site landscaping, outdoor open spaces, and street frontage improvements.
