The proposal is for a five-story building which will replace a surface level parking lot, activating the pedestrian realm with ground related retail and housing. Structured parking will be provided, within the building for residents.
The proposed project is organized around a central courtyard with a north/south pedestrian connection. This layout establishes a sense of place for the residents while linking the mall to the public street. This project is adjacent to a regional bike path.
