The proposed Alexan Eastgate project is an approximately 7.22 acre site. The proposed project is a Mixed-Use Residential development on one parcel located at 8135300100 and 3002 139th Ave SE in Bellevue, WA on Lot 10 of the Sunset Ridge I-90 Corporate Campus, across the street from Eastgate Park and Ride. The site is located in the City of Bellevue north of SE 32nd St.
In the existing condition, a sewer main and 15-foot public easement run down the central portion of the lot. This easement is recorded under AFN 9405311221. The sewer alignment shown on the site plan depicts a preliminary sewer main alignment with manholes along the westerly side of the building footprint. Generally, the depth of the sewer will be at 8-foot standard depth throughout the proposed alignment and tie into the existing main along the SE 32nd St ROW with a saddle manhole. The revised alignment reroutes the sewer main so that building construction can occur. A 15-foot sewer main easement will be recorded along the revised alignment upon construction, testing and prior to acceptance of the proposed sewer main., 22 128483 LD
