Description
Reconfigure existing residential dock on Lake Washington. Existing boathouse to be removed and two 12" diameter epoxy coated steel moorage piles to be installed. Replacement and new dock framing to be ACZA treated fir -stringers to be 4" x 8", joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Replacement and new decking to be ThruFlow grated panels. Over water square footage to be reduced from 1086 to 1082 SF. Remaining piles (4) to be sleeved with HDPE tubes as shown in sleeving detail. New pier piles (21) to be 6" diameter epoxy coated steel.
