FACADE AND UPDATING THE THERMAL ENVELOPE TO MEET THE PERSCRIPTIVE PATH FOR THE ENERGY CODE. NEW EXTERIOR FINISHES INCLUDE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL METAL WALL PANEL ALIGNING WITH THE AESTHETICS OF THE CITY OF BELLEVUE LAND USE CODE. GLAZING EXTENTS HAVE BEN EXTENDED VERTICALLY ON THE NW, NE, AND SE CORNERS OF THE EXISITNG BUILDING TO ENHANCE THE SENSE OF PLACE AND ARRIVAL ON SITE.
