Relocation of previously approved WCF from a utility pole in the ROW adjacent to 4500 16th Ave SE to a recently replaced 65'' wood utility pole in the ROW adjacent to 3515 164th Ave. The relocation is needed as PSE required removal of the WCF equipment at the old location to make room for PSE service equipment. NO ground disturbance is proposed. Work will not
impact existing vegetation/tree in ROW (required tree trimming for pole replacement addressed under PSE permit record 20 120091 TJ. Location: ROW near 4515 164th Ave SE
