The Cloudvue Playhouse is an approximately 60,000 SF three-story tall performing arts center with flexible, multi-use performance space that has the ability to accommodate a wide variety of performance, exhibition, and event genres/categories, to facilitate maximum usage throughout the calendar year. Per Phase 3 of the approved Cloudvue Master Development Plan, the Playhouse will be located at the southeast corner of the Cloudvue Development, sited on top of the Cloudvue Garage, fronting on 110th Avenue NE, south of Tower 3, directly north of the east-west pedestrian and bicycle mid-block connection, and east of Tower 2. The Playhouse will also have an entry on the west with direct connection to the Cloudvue auto court that is accessed from NE 8th Street. A north-south pedestrian connection will be provided between the Playhouse and Tower 2. An east-west pedestrian connection between 110th and the auto court will also be accommodated as part of the interface of the Playhouse with Tower 3.
