EXT 9/29/23 KB. EXT 3/8/23 KB. Installing Comcast conduit to corner of property of house 4520. Starting from the PED located on the left side of house 4519, we will bore 106ft north crossing under driveway for house 4519 to the splice PED. Then from the splice PED we will bore a total of 42ft east crossing under 174th Ave SE to place a new flushmount carson box on property line for house 4520. We will need a total of three 5x20 concrete panel cuts and two potholes on 174th Ave SE to expose water, gas, and power. We will maintain the appropriate clearance for all utilities, 5ft horizontal clearance from utility appurtenances and 2ft vertical clearance from all substructures. All new substructure to have 36inch cover.
