Description
A structural evaluation of the two buildings determined that the buildings did not meet current seismic and structural standards for life safety. The site will be redeveloped at some point in the future after the completion of the Wilburton rezone. Due to the structural concerns and to avoid having an unoccupied building be a target for transients and unlawful behavior we believe the best course of action is to demolish the buildings.
