Phased redevelopment of Evergreen Court and Glendale Apartment Properties (3.85 acres at 900 124TH AVE & 3.79 Acres at NE 12600 NE 8TH ST). DASH is seeking to redevelop the site in order to add new affordable housing for workforce and seniors commensurate with the density afforded by NMU Zoning as described by Ordinance 6631. The project would replace the existing affordable housing units one-for-one (meeting the current set-aside requirements), and add new housing, community services, commercial uses, parking and amenities. Targeted new housing total is approximately 600 units. Targeting approximately 60,000 SF of commercial and community uses.
