Permit/Application Details

This project consists of core and shell plumbing to 8 below grade parking levels and 21 above grade planned office floors, and a mechanical penthouse on the roof in Bellevue Washington. The project is served by a 4" domestic water line for the main building boosted by a triplex booster pump, a 2" water line for retail on level 1, and 1.5" irrigation line boosted by a simplex booster pump as well. The site also has a 8" sanitary main and a 10" storm main. There is also a 2" gas line serving the building.
