Permit/Application Details

The proposed project is to demolish and replace the existing building with approximately 372,400 +/- gross square of improvements. This consists of a 12-story office building above 4.5 levels of below grade parking containing approximately 375 parking stalls. The project will achieve the maximum FAR of 6.0 by providing public plaza and art incentives at the street level. The building lobby will be configured for conference and meeting areas, and also include approximately 2,500 sf for retail. A rooftop deck is proposed with views to the southwest towards Mt. Rainier and is supported by building amenity space.
