Description
New construction for two townhouses, will need to re-connect to the existing sewer, 19 131753 BB. Two townhouse with shared wall. This side sewer permit is for Unit 1 (north unit), 1122 Bellevue Way SE. There is an existing 6-inch tee on the existing tee at STA. 0+09 from SSMH 202581 along the south side of the parcel. The re-connection will need to run 6" pipe to a 6"x"6 wye before reducing to 4" to serve Unit 1.
