The Growing Tree Playcare & Preschool is in lease negotiations for this building. It would require a change of use from an Adult Daycare Facility to a Childcare Center E occupancy. We would like initial information on what would need to be done. Our only plans are to renovate the inside of the building to get it up to DCYF codes for a licensed childcare center. The building is sprinklered but needs a voice activated alarm system. The main floor that would be occupied by children is 6800SF and 2188SF of storage space in the basement and attic. We would keep the current parking spaces, but convert the alley way to the south (parallel to Northup) to a playground.
