**EXT to Sep 10 to match C&G permit. tjs 04/18/24 **REV 1 - Trail closure (2 weeks max) for sewer connection. tjs 04/17/21 **ORIGINAL - Work in the public right of way associated with development of a seven-lot short plat. Initially, this permit approves ONLY hauling and other activities in the right of way associated with clearing/grading the site and installing a storm water detention vault and concrete retaining wall, as well as a sewer main extension. Activities NOT permitted at this time include storm drain connection on Bel-Red Rd, water connection to NE 30th St, private utility work anywhere in the right of way, and roadway paving/striping.
