Remove & replace existing decking with new 3/4" ACX plywood decking.
Remove & replace up to (3) rotted joists per deck.
Wrap top of joists and rim joists with self-adhering membrane.
Remove & replace existing rim joists with new double rim joists and cut back existing joists as needed.
Remove & reinstall existing exterior doors and install custom sheet metal door pans.
Install new WeatherDek 65 mil vinyl deck covering. Includes classic colors only, termination bars, 4" up inside walls, 2" down outside edges, contact cement adhered, and heat welded seams.
New drip edge metal will come down from edge edge approximately 2" and have an out-leg that extends out from deck approximately 3" and will be made of 26 gauge pre-painted sheet metal.
Remove & reinstall existing vinyl siding and soffit as needed.
Remove & replace existing deck guardrail with new custom aluminum picket panel railing as follows:
Includes approximately 80' linear feet of level 42" tall aluminum wide picket panel railing for (5) decks.
Railing to include 1-1/2" x 3" rectangular top rail, 2" square posts, 5/8" x 1-1/2" vertical rectangular pickets, and fascia mounted.
The railings will be fascia mounted to a wood fascia with stainless steel lag screws with sealant on the threads.
Prime and paint new work.
