The remodel project would include a 32.3 foot wide x 15 foot deep addition added to the back of the house. Half of that new space would house a bedroom that would be relocated from the NE corner of the back of the house. The other half of the addition would be a Family Room which would also include square footage from the existing bedroom that would be relocated. Due to the angled property line on the North side (rear) of their lot, with that 15 foot addition, our setback is reduced to 13.6 feet on the East side while the West side of the addition would maintain a 17 foot setback., none
