Permit/Application Details

Removal of (1) 18" DBH Deador Cedar Tree, (2) Crimson Maple Trees, and (13) Pine trees at the NE side of the property as directed by management. Each tree is to be cut down flush to grade and the stumps ground. Installation of (35) 2 gallon premium shrubs, including Nandina, Flax, and native shrubs to fill in areas where the trees are being removed. Design for layout out plants to be provided once the trees have been removed and upon approval. Pruning of dead wood out of Ash trees in the parking lot as needed. Planting of (8) 1.5" Caliper Japanese Maple trees to replace those being removed above.
