The project consists of a new addition and interior renovation of the kitchen of Interlake High School. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 consists of the construction of the new addition including the new fire water main and revision of existing fire sprinkler riser system without interruption of system operations, relocation of the gas meter, installation of a new sewer line while existing line is in operation, construction of a temporary wall to separate construction from existing kitchen to remain in operation, selective demolition of interior spaces and exterior siding, construction of new kitchen, utilities, and earthwork. Phase 2 will consist of demolition of the existing kitchen and tenant improvments of the food court/existing hallway and existing lobby including the following, demolition of existing kitchen and accessory spaces, construction of new food service area and snack bar, tenant improvement of food court and lobby areas, removal of temporary construction wall.
