Permit/Application Details

The proposal includes demolition of all existing structures on site and construction of a new 26,500 sq. ft. Fire Station for the City of Bellevue located on a 116,043 sq. ft. site located at the 1200 block of 112th Ave NE. The project includes associated site utilities and operations equipment including but not limited to a fuel island, emergency generator, trash enclosure, visitor parking, firefighter parking. The project also includes restoration of an existing Category IV Wetland, site landscaping, frontage improvements, and installation of a new traffic signal.
