Description
Pothole in 124th Ave SE to locate utilities. Directional bore under sidewalk panels / landscape / asphalt roadway and install (3) 1-1/4" HDPE conduits. Install new 24x36 vault in grass area and sweep in conduits. Pull (1) 144ct fiber through. Remove and replace concrete sidewalk panels as needed per City of Bellevue specifications. Remove and replace asphalt roadway with grind and overlay per City of Bellevue specifications.
