Description of Work to Rehabilitate #5 Green -Install silt fence and other appropriate erosion control measures -Remove sod (5000 sqft) stockpile adjacent to work area for reinstallation -Strip and stockpile topsoil on site for reuse during finish grading -Rough grade green and surround -Install subsurface drainage to green core according to industry standards -Import (250cuyd) USGA specified root zone mix (90/10, Sand/Peat) to green core -Finish grade green surface and surrounds -Reinstall sod to the entirety of disturbed work area Project timeline Week 1- sod strip, rough grade/shape, drainage, begin importing sand Week 2 -finish importing sand, final grade, sod installation
