Permit/Application Details

The proposed SummerHill - Highland Park project is a 397-unit apartment located at 14125 NE 20th Street in the Bel-Red neighborhood of Bellevue. The project will be constructed in two phases under a Master Development Permit with a single Administrative Design Review. This will allow separate building permits to be issued for each phase while still assuring the overall design integrity of the project. The project has 3 entitlement permits: (1) Master Development Permit, (2) Administrative Design Review Permit for Phase 1 and Phase 2, and (3) Critical Area Land Use Permit.
